On the proposed activity “waste, including hazardous waste, recycling\/regeneration, treatment” in the land property “Gurnicas” (cadastre No 8070 008 0234), \u0136ekava parish, \u0136ekava municipality<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Activity concerned: “Recycling\/recovery, treatment of waste, including hazardous waste”.<\/p>\n\n

Proposer of the proposed activity: limited liability company “LAUTUS” (registration No 40003554635), legal address: property “Gurnicas”, \u0136ekavas pagasts, \u0136ekavas novads, LV-2123, e-mail: info@lautus.lv<\/a><\/p>\n\n

Location of the proposed activity: real estate “Gurnicas” (cadastre No 8070 008 0234), \u0136ekava municipality, \u0136ekava region<\/p>\n\n

The State Environmental Service has carried out the preliminary environmental impact assessment and on 6 October 2020 issued the decision Preliminary Environmental Impact Assessment of the Proposed Activity No.RI20SI0087 and adopted the decision to apply the environmental impact assessment procedure to the proposed activity of SIA “LAUTUS” – operation of hazardous and non-hazardous liquid waste treatment plant in the real estate “Gurnicas” (cadastre No.8070 008 0234), \u0136ekavas parish, \u0136ekavas municipality. Following an initial assessment, the proponent has decided to refine the proposed activity<\/p>\n\n

The initial public consultation runs from 2022. 9 December 2011 to 9 January 2023<\/p>\n\n
